We start at a base flat fee that increases with the complexity of your situation for tax compliance.
Tax advisory can be purchased hourly or unlimited throughout the year.
Tax Resolution is a hybrid of flat rate and hourly depending upon the complexity of your situation.

I enjoy being in contact with clients once per month. At minimum once quarterly to review financial health of the business, how revenue and expenses have changed as well as discussing profitability, tax planning implementation, and general check in to see how you and the business are doing.
Using the calendar link within your client portal book your financial review on my calendar for a time that works best for you.
Our business hours are 9a-3pm M-Th excluding holidays.
I am also available by email for routine questions, please expect a response within 72 business hours.
During tax season when I am actively working on your return I am available by phone or text.

As with any relationship I do have expectations of clients as well.
I expect that clients will behave in a respectful and ethical manner and never engage in fraud or deceptive practices.
I expect that clients will maintain open communication and respond within 72 hours outside of tax season. During tax season communication is expected within 24 hours to maintain deadlines.
Provide documentation in a timely manner so not to cause delay in services.
Pay invoices in full by due date or make arrangements.
Failure to meet expectations may result in disengagement and forfeiture of any service fees.

Schedule a Consultation to determine if your business is a good fit for the firm.
Accept proposal and sign engagement letter in HVBT client portal which outlines scope of services and expectations for HVBT and you.
Make first monthly investment.
Send Accountant invite to QBO/Xero/Gusto.
Upload receipts, bank statements, business documents to your client portal.
Provide view only access to financial and payment processing accounts so you don’t have to constantly upload statements & reports.
